For fresh produce, a standard "30-day return" does not work.
Inspection at Delivery: Customers must check the freshness at the time of delivery. Once the delivery agent leaves, "freshness" complaints will not be entertained.
Eligible for Refund: Only if the product is rotten, severely damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.
Timeframe: Complaints must be raised within 12 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment mode or as "Chantha Credits" within 5–7 business days.
