Customer Cancellation: Allowed only before the order status changes to "Out for Delivery" or "Harvested."
Platform Cancellation: You may cancel orders if the farmer reports a crop failure or quality issue. A full refund will be issued to the customer.
No-Show Policy: If a customer is unreachable during delivery, the order is considered "canceled at doorstep," and no refund will be issued for perishable items.
